Marc Cascio:
Owner, Property Manager, Broker
After a fifteen-year career in sales, marketing, and management, Mr. Cascio returned to the Northwest to purchase Chuckanut Property Management in 1998. Marc is a member of NARPM, the National Association of Residential Property Managers, and the nations only professional organization for managers of residential properties. He also holds a RMP (Residential Management Professional) designation. He continues to make his number one goal top quality service to property owners and tenants. Rick Campbell:
Property Manager
Bringing over 20 years of Property Management experience, Rick joined Chuckanut Property Management in May 2007. Rick will be happy to help you out with any of your rental needs, give him a call!
Dan Zedonek:
Property Manager
Dan joined Chuckanut Property Management in October of 2011, bringing with him 8 years of experience as a real estate agent. He moved to Bellingham from Florida after graduating with a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications from the University of Northern Florida. Dan is pleased to join the CPM team and looks forward to helping you with your rental and management needs.
Pam Houfburg:
Bookkeeper
Pam joined CPM in June 2010 after relocating to Bellingham from Tucson, Arizona. With extensive bookkeeping knowledge and experience from previously owning her own company, Pam is happy to assist in any way she can.
Kelsey Ohlenkamp:
Tenant Relations Specialist
After relocating from Atlanta, Georgia, Kelsey joined the CPM team in March 2011. With a strong background in customer service, she is happy to help you find what you are looking for.
Christen Hogsett:
Tenant Relations Specialist
After graduating from WWU, Christen joined CPM in June 2011. With management experience gained working in a middle school, she is happy to solve any problems you might have.
Bruce Morgan:
General Contractor/Maintenance
With over 20 years of maintenance, carpentry and general contracting experience, we can safely say that Mr. Morgan will successfully meet any repair challenge. Originally from San Diego, he has worked with Chuckanut Property Management since 1998.
